Based on the life cycle assessment (LCA) theory, this paper conducts statistical calculations on the carbon emissions at each stage of the life cycle of a chemical cold storage of a company, and finds that its total cumulative carbon emissions reach 1 225 926 kg,with an annual carbon emission intensity per unit area of approximately 124 kg/(m2·a).The carbon emissions during the operation stage account for a relatively high proportion, reaching 94.16%.According to the calculation results, some ideas are proposed for reference regarding carbon reduction work for the chemical cold storage.
